Description
This video focuses on a Syrian immigrant, Maha, and her experiences of immigrating to Canada over fourteen years ago. Maha describes her process of integrating into the Canadian society. She compares and contrasts between the diverse Canadian culture and the culture back home. This video explores various situations that most Arab immigrants face when they first arrive in Canada. The video concludes with tips to newly arrived and prospective immigrants regarding how to succeed in their lives, both personally and professionally, and how to build a prosperous future for themselves and for their families.
