Monika moved from Germany to Canada in 2009. She is a yoga teacher and personal trainer, and started to be a triathlete in 2016. She describes what it takes to be triathlete, how often she does triathlon and how it affects her life. Triathlon not just affects her, but also people around her, like her daughter. Her daughter also did a triathlon last year.
