This project documents Lebanese-Canadian and Arabic calligraphy artist Wajeha Chams. She is currently living in London, Ontario and has been practicing calligraphy for the past five years, during which her passion has grown. The video first focuses on a brief introduction about her origins, career, and degrees. Chams explores when she first developed an interest in calligraphy and explains her accomplishments related to her artwork, how often she practised it, and how she mastered it. We talk about some of her best calligraphy work so far and her reasoning behind this particular piece of art. We then explore how she is involved within the London community. Chams finishes by giving basic calligraphy tips to the audience for those who would like to pursue this type of art.
This video focuses on a Syrian immigrant, Maha, and her experiences of immigrating to Canada over fourteen years ago. Maha describes her process of integrating into the Canadian society. She compares and contrasts between the diverse Canadian culture and the culture back home. This video explores various situations that most Arab immigrants face when they first arrive in Canada. The video concludes with tips to newly arrived and prospective immigrants regarding how to succeed in their lives, both personally and professionally, and how to build a prosperous future for themselves and for their families.

The purpose of this portrait is to share José Briceño Medina’s immigrant experience with the London community. The main theme depicted is challenge and change. The portrait begins with a few words from Mr. Briceño regarding his intent in participating in the project followed by his education. He then speaks to the reason behind the immigration and why he chose Canada. Moreover, Mr. Briceño discusses the social differences between Colombia and Canada and why it was difficult to transition. He speaks of his community service for the Hispanic community and the recognition he has received from his Congress. Mr. Briceño shares his views on the future and the portrait ends on a note of levity.
Mounted plates and illustrations of the play, the former in colors, the later in sepia. Space is left for the mounting of the text, but, except for four pages, text has been omitted. The printing of this illustrated ed. was done by E. Nister at Nuremberg.
The portrait project begins with a description of Hugo discussing his immigration from the Netherlands to Canada. The video then transitions to a discussion about the German Canadian Club while footage of the Club's 2018 Christmas Market is shown. The dialogue of the German Canadian Club discussion relates to the various types of things offered at the club, as well as the reasons as to why it was formed. Finally, the video concludes as Hugo discusses how the migration from the Netherlands to Canada has impacted his identity.
