There exist two issues of Macbeth published by Mathews and Leigh in 1807 which can be distinguished by format: this issue is a folio with leaves measuring approximately 24 cm high and 21 cm wide. The other issue is a quarto with leaves measuring approximately 21 cm high and 12 cm wide.
Signatures: pi1 [A]² B-2Z² 3B-3N²; leaves 3H1, 3I1, 3K1 missigned ’H’, ’I’, and ’2K’, respectively.
